We’re looking for an experienced Principal or Associate Transport Planner to join our established Cambridge team and play a leading role in our continued growth. This is a great opportunity to guide a talented group of transport planners and shape strategy across a wide range of development and infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the Transport Director , a recognised expert in land development, you’ll lead project delivery from early concept through to completion, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues. You’ll work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to produce high-quality transport assessments, travel plans, modelling and environmental work.

- Strong experience across transport planning, ideally in land development
- Proven leadership and project delivery skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Passionate about innovation and the future of low-carbon transport
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline
