Following the successful merger of Mannleys Sales & Lettings and Samuel Wood Estate Agents, we are entering an exciting new chapter of growth and are seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Tenancy Manager to join our expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships and helping shape the future of a growing and respected property business.

The Role

As Tenancy Manager, you will play a key role in managing our tenancy portfolio, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle, and ensuring compliance and service standards are maintained to the highest level.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience in residential lettings and tenancy management. Has excellent communication and negotiation skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Has strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Wants to be part of a growing business with genuine career progression opportunities
