Overview

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Assistant to support Brussel Lake Paragon, a London-based digital business that works across websites, mobile apps, software platforms, AI tools and business systems.

This role is ideal for someone organised, reliable and confident with communication. You will assist with day-to-day admin, client messages, scheduling, document preparation, follow-ups and general business support.

The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-moving environment. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in business, technology and digital services who wants to learn while supporting a growing company.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day business administration
Help manage WhatsApp, email and client messages
Follow up with clients, suppliers and team members when required
Help organise meetings, calls and reminders
Take notes during meetings and summarise key points clearly
Prepare simple documents, messages, proposals and updates
Keep files, folders and information organised
Help chase missing information, feedback, documents and approvals
Support with basic research when needed
Help keep track of tasks and important deadlines
Provide general support to the business owner and wider team
Communicate in a polite, professional and clear manner

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English
Excellent organisation skills
Good attention to detail
Confident using WhatsApp, email, Google Docs and basic online tools
Professional and polite when speaking to clients or team members
Able to follow instructions properly
Comfortable asking questions when something is unclear
Reliable, punctual and consistent
Able to multitask and manage time well
Interest in business, technology, websites, apps or digital services is beneficial
Previous admin, assistant, customer service or office experience is helpful but not essential
No coding or technical experience is required
