Appointment Setter (Outbound Sales)

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Self-Employed)
Hours:
Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM (32.5 hours/week)
Compensation: £100/week base + Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses (Weekly Pay)
Location: Bradford

Core Role Requirements (Do Not Apply if You Do Not Meet These)

Must have proven telesales or outbound calling experience.
Must speak fluent English with exceptional verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate high-quality appointments for our sales representatives.
Lead Qualification: Use open-ended questions to complete enquiry forms, build rapport, and identify genuine new business opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Proactively create and schedule new appointments, ensuring a steady flow of prospects for the sales team.

About You

Confident & Persuasive: Natural ability to build quick rapport and understanding with prospects over the phone.
Target-Driven: Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and motivated by hitting targets and earning commission.
Resilient: Possess a thick skin and a positive, optimistic attitude toward cold outreach.
