At Installio, we’re tackling the biggest barrier to scale: installation. Our mission is to unlock the UK's green collar workforce using technology to enable faster, better, and more scalable installs. Working directly with homeowners as well as installing on behalf B2B partners such as E.ON and Good Energy, our tech-enabled installation platform helps deliver and grow heat pump installation capacity at scale.

Tasks

Working directly in customers’ homes, you will be an intrinsic member of our heat pump installations teams. Prior experience with heat pumps is a must, and as an experienced heat pump engineer, you already have the skills needed to lead a small team to independently complete installs under the expert guidance of our Team Lead.

Responsibilities

Skillfully install heat pumps in residential properties
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
Collaborate with junior technicians within your team

Your profile

Required:

NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
G3 Unvented
WRAS Water Regulations
Experience fitting heat pumps
Experience installing pipework (solder & press) for unvented cylinders and radiators
Experience decommissioning heating systems
Valid driver's license with 6 points or less

Desirable:

Gas safe
Level 3 heat pump qualifications
