Traffic Management Operative- 12D

£1,000 for a qualified operative referral (Unit 2 Street Works or Lantra 12D minimum)
£500 for a non-qualified operative referral.

Role Overview

We have highly competitive hourly rates, with market leading rates, especially for evening and weekend work. Our rates are straightforward, you are paid for every hour you work, enhanced rates come into effect with no minimum weekly hours required.

We are currently looking for trained Traffic Management Operarites, holding TM qualifications to join our Devon team.

Typical duties include:

Set up and close down temporary lights including 2-way signals, Multiphase Signals and Pedestrian Signals
Stop and Go services
Traffic Marshall/ Gate duty responsibilities
Support/lead lane closures for dual carriageways
Complete relevant weekly paperwork including timesheets, vehicle checks, etc
Shift work and working outside in all weathers.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and individuals will be expected to perform different tasks as required by the overall business objectives as it continues to evolve and grow.

Skills & Qualifications:

Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
Live within one hour of the Depot location
Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
Holding a 12D M1/2 – M6 Lantra Qualification.
