Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Hairdresser to operate as a self-employed professional within our salon. This role offers the flexibility to manage your own client base while providing high-quality hairdressing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a flair for styling, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Experience in store management, barbering, colour services will be advantageous. As a self-employed professional, you will be responsible for maintaining your own schedule and ensuring client satisfaction, all within a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments
Manage your own appointments and client bookings efficiently
Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and maximise revenue opportunities
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in your work area in compliance with health and safety regulations
Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
Support the front desk team by providing professional advice and assistance when needed

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hairdresser with relevant qualifications recognised within the industry
Skills in store management, barbering
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
Ability to upsell products and services effectively whilst maintaining professionalism
Organised with the ability to manage appointments independently
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building your clientele
Must be fully qualified with valid certification recognised within the UK hair industry
Ability to work flexibly according to client demand and salon hours

Pay: From £50.00 per day
