· OTE £60,000 +

· 40-hour contracted week + 5 hours paid at x1.5 overtime rate no matter what

The Role
We are a well-established and growing refrigeration and HVAC specialist delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and installation solutions across industrial sectors. Our team works with a wide range of clients including supermarkets, food production facilities, distribution centres, and large commercial sites throughout the UK.

Due to continued growth and contract wins, we are now looking to add an experienced CO₂ Refrigeration Engineer to our expanding engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair CO₂ refrigeration systems
- Carry out fault finding on transcritical booster packs and associated controls
- Working across food manufacturers and warehouses
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical refrigeration faults
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs
- Complete all service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with current health & safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience working on CO₂ / transcritical refrigeration systems
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
- Valid F-Gas certification
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous supermarket or commercial refrigeration experience is highly desirable
