Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to join our esteemed Cowshed Spa. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional treatments, ensuring clients experience relaxation and rejuvenation in a tranquil environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in skincare, massage, and beauty treatments while providing outstanding customer service. A friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and a passion for wellbeing are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures and pedicures.
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their visit by delivering attentive and professional service.
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Experience

Prior experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within a wellness or beauty environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Candidate should be qualified to Level 3.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required to ensure clear consultation and instructions.
A genuine passion for health, beauty, and wellbeing with a professional attitude towards client care. This role offers an enriching environment where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will help clients achieve their beauty and relaxation goals. We are happy to discuss potentially a higher rate of pay dependant on relevant experience at interview stage.
