About Us:

Kidd Rapinet LLP is a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services. Our High Wycombe office is seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic residential and commercial conveyancing team and support fee earners in handling a variety of property transactions.

Role Overview:

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist fee earners with all aspects of property work, including preparing documentation, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth progression of transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their legal career within a supportive and growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and legal support to fee earners in conveyancing matters.
Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to progress transactions.
Assist with post-completion tasks and Land Registry applications.

What We’re Looking For:

Suitable for a university graduate (not essential). Full training will be provided.
Previous conveyancing experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
