Opportunity at RRG Group Salford Quays – Customer Relations Advisor
OTE £30,000+ Basic Salary: £22,000 Plus up to £500 bonus per month, plus £2.50 per appointment made (Average x 50 per month)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Online Customer Relations Advisor to join our team.

We seek to recruit an Customer Relations Advisor working within our Digital Response Team at RRG Group Head Office. As an Customer Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and interacting directly with potential, new and existing customers. You will work to provide an excellent customer experience, representing RRG to the highest standards. The automotive industry is currently experiencing a significant digital transformation, which is an exciting time to join our team.

Online Customer Relations Advisor Responsibilities include:

Demonstrate our core values- Passionate, Professional and Fair.
Offer customers an excellent online experience as they interact with us at key touchpoints.
Efficiently handle inbound & outbound enquiries, ensuring sales opportunities are maximised on behalf of our dealerships.
Manage and develop customer follow-up and prospecting systems.
Build strong inter-company relationships.
Remain compliant with industry standards/processes.
Customer sales calls

Must hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car.

Rotating Shift Pattern, working hours of 37.5 per week.

Monday - Friday 0900 to 1700 or Monday - Friday 1000 - 1800
One weekend per month (Saturday 0900 - 1700 and Sunday 1100 - 1700) with either Thursday and Monday or Friday and Tuesday off
Minimum of 2 bank holidays to be worked per year (paid as overtime)
Guaranteed maximum commission for the first three months
