We are looking for a Junior QA to join the Pimberly QA Team for a complex, enterprise-grade SaaS platform and the PIM, DAM and other components it supports. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working on a large-scale SaaS product running on a modern dockerised microservices architecture.
Pimberly helps businesses to manage their product information more efficiently by allowing retailers, distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers to harness and enrich increasing volumes of product data, across multiple channels and regions – enabling them to get products to market faster and improve sales.

Main Role Responsibilities
- Working closely with Developers, Support, and the rest of the QA team to understand project requirements and develop appropriate tests
- Managing personal testing activities to achieve sprint goals
- Developing an excellent understanding of Pimberly and be able to answer queries as needed, becoming a knowledge lead for particular system areas
- Assisting in triaging queries and issues efficiently and translate these into feature request and bug tickets as appropriate
- Reviewing and contributing to test plans
- Setting up the test environment with appropriate technical support, including preparing and acquiring test data
- Analysing and reviewing new user requirements for testability
- Identifying and using the appropriate testing techniques and tools for the test scenario
- Creating, building and performing manual and automated test cases for new functionality, bug fixes, end to end testing and regression tests
- Ensuring software operates as designed and is compliant with functional and non-functional requirements
- Creating test reports for own testing activities
Key Skills/Experience
- Knowledge/experience of the SDLC, STLC and Agile process and different testing methodologies
- Knowledge/experience of creating and performing manual tests in a commercial web-based environment
- Knowledge/experience of defect management and tracking
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ISEB or ISTQ qualifications preferable
