Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Drive Motor Retail represents Vauxhall, MG, Leapmotor, Hyundai, Citroen, Peugeot, Fiat and Abarth. We offer a wide range of new cars and vans whilst providing a variety of manufacturer-approved used vehicles to suit any need or price range.

With a turnover of approximately £400 million per annum and over 800 members of staff employed in 28 dealerships and one dedicated service centre across the country, the business has both a national presence and a local community spirit.

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Advisors at our Bristol North site.

About the role:

We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.

Responsibilities day to day:

- Welcoming guests into the showroom and engaging with them to discuss requirements.

- Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager

- Co-ordinate and work alongside the Sales Manager.

- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty.

- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork.

About you:

- Full UK Manual Drivers Licence – held for a minimum of 2 years.

NB Provisional or Automatic licences are not acceptable

- Customer centric attitude.

- Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to build strong rapport with customers.

- Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis).

- 2 years’ experience in a customer facing service role.

- Previous retail sales experience.

- Located within Bristol and surrounding area.
