Duties
Qualified in NVQ level 2 and 3
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures
- Consult with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques through ongoing professional development
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Skills
- Proven experience in beauty therapy
- experienced in gel application
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality treatment delivery
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required
