Childcare Practitioner:

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, your role would be to contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and stimulating play environment for all of our children, planning and preparing activities, as well as creating and maintaining positive relationships with families and parents.
We're looking for somebody who has...
- An enthusiastic personality with creativity, drive, and a willingness to learn
- A great work ethic and strong teamwork skills
- Level 3 or above CCLD Qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with babies and children from 0-5 years old
- Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Child Protection and Safeguarding certificates desired
- Welsh speaking is desirable
- Flexibility is essential
- Of course, you'll also need an Enhanced DBS check!

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Keeping records of your key children’s development and learning
- Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team
- Developing and maintaining a strong partnership with parents/carers
- Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child while being aware of any disabilities, family cultures, and medical histories.
- Flexibility within working practices of the setting, undertaking other duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc.
- Effectively delivering the curriculum to enable children to learn and develop in an environment that supports their individual needs.
