At sift, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:

Experience of applying data protection legislation with extensive experience advising on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and specialist requirements on data sharing and processing activities with the supply chain

In-depth working knowledge of data protection legislation, with the ability to interpret complex legal requirements and apply them effectively in a professional data protection context

- Experience of working in a data protection environment with application of data protection law and considerable experience of supporting DPIAs

Pre-employment Checking
If your application is successful but you have been dismissed from the Civil Service, your application could be removed at the pre-employment checking stage depending on the nature of the dismissal.
