No Experience? No Problem.

We're looking for people with the right attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to help others.

A Typical Day Could Include
- Supporting people with their daily routines
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assisting with medication
- Supporting people to attend appointments and activities
- Encouraging independence at home
Every day is different, and you'll be helping people live independently in the community they love.
What You'll Learn
During your apprenticeship you'll gain valuable skills in:
- Communication and relationship building
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
Alongside your practical experience, you'll work towards your Level 2 qualification with paid college day release.
Following successful completion, there may be opportunities to progress to Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications and continue developing your career with us.
