About the Role
We are looking for motivated and experienced Supported Living Co-ordinators to join our services in Carlisle and Wigton.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support individuals to build on their strengths, develop new skills, and play an active role in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team through effective staff supervision and management
- Provide guidance, instruction and role modelling of best practice
- Carry out staff inductions and support ongoing development
- Managing rotas and ensure safe staffing levels
- Promote high standards of person-centred care and support
- Participate in the on-call rota
About you
- At least 2 years’ experience in learning disabilities or social care
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Positive values and a commitment to high-quality care
- Willingness to learn, develop and grow in the role
