Job Title: Test & Repair Engineer

Reporting to: Director of conformance

Based: Falmouth, UK

£13.45 per hour plus shift allowance

Based in Falmouth, Sellectronics delivers reliable, innovative, high-quality PCB and PCBA solutions to a wide range of exciting companies. We manufacture products used in satellites, aircraft, submarines, crash test dummies, super yachts and high-performance vehicles, to name a few. We believe we are one of the most exciting and technically capable manufacturers in Cornwall.

We are growing fast and need good people to join the team on our journey..

The role includes but not limited to;

Testing products before release to the customers
Logging of issues, helping to understand and resolve them
Repairing faults as required
IPC quality knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential
Ability to meet Production targets
Adhere to Health and Safety regulations
Maintaining a tidy area

Essential Skills & Attributes

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Logical thinker with the ability to analyse and prioritise information
Confident using IT systems and software (ERP/MRP experience preferred)
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and production data
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with multiple departments
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good cultural fit with an on-site, team-based operation
Interest in how products are made and how factories operate

Desirable

Background in manufacturing and engineering.
Understanding of electronics manufacturing or high-reliability industries
IPC and or JSTD knowledge
