To assist the Library Management Support Officer in the day-to-day duties associated with providing administrative support to Senior Library Managers and frontline staff.

To assist the Information Services Librarian with the non-stock request service and duties associated with the Books4u service. Work includes maintaining staff records, assisting in the preparation of statistics and reports and the processing of invoices. Cataloguing duties and occasional branch duties are also included.

To provide cover for routine duties in the absence of the Library Management Support officer.
