Full job description

Talk Training Ltd, an employee-owned business, has a position available for a Quality Officer at its office based in Nantgarw. The vacancy is a permanent/full time position.

The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance standards and documentation control, health and safety, information technology and facilities management.

A hands-on approach and the ability to be multi-disciplinary and work seamlessly with other departments will be essential.

The applicant should have experience in the following areas:

Proficient IT skills and experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint platform or similar systems is essential.
A general knowledge of quality, health and safety and environmental standards for business is highly desirable.
A background in internal auditing is desirable as well as supporting external audits.
Ability to communication with internal and external Stakeholders.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills and a flexible approach with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.

34.5 hours per week including over a condensed 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday)
