We’re seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our prestigious kitchen team and elevate our guests' dining experience. Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Proven experience as an Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or Rosette/Michelin restaurant.
Mastery in modern food trends, with the skill to create exceptional, unique dishes.
Lead and inspire our culinary team, from Sous Chefs to Commis Chefs, with a blend of strategic and hands-on leadership.
Uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence, health, and safety across Seaton House.
Forge strong relationships with suppliers, securing premium local ingredients at competitive prices.
Develop and mentor the entire kitchen brigade, offering guidance that encourages growth and creativity.
Collaborate with all teams at the lodge, ensuring seamless communication to drive success.
