Full job description

Customer Service Advisor (Remote) - Start August 2026

The rewards

Standard hours: £13.49 per hour
Overtime: £20.23 per hour
All equipment provided — just need WiFi and a quiet workspace
Ongoing contract with opportunity for extension and permanent employment

Hours

37–40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday (2 weekends off per month)
Monday–Friday shifts: 8:00am–8:00pm (8-hour shifts)
Saturday–Sunday shifts: 8:00am–6:00pm
Full flexibility required

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

Inbound customer service relating to maintenance queries and emergency calls
Logging customer notes on systems
Troubleshooting to understand problems and providing first-level advice
Taking call-out payments over the telephone
Complaint handling where required
Taking full ownership of each call and ensuring the highest levels of service
Making customers aware of other products at the end of the call

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

Excellent IT skills — required to navigate several systems
Strong customer service skills with empathy and good communication
Confident and reassuring manner
Must pass a criminal background and financial check
