Peripatetic Teacher (Self-Employed)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Guitar/ Drum Teacher to join our growing music company, delivering instrumental tuition in primary school settings.
This role is self-employed and ideal for a pianist/keyboard player who enjoys working with young learners and is confident delivering engaging, high-quality lessons during the school day.
About the Role
- Deliver individual piano and keyboard lessons in primary schools
- Teach pupils of varying abilities, many of whom may be beginners
- Work in partnership with schools while being contracted by our music company
- Maintain professional standards, safeguarding practice, and clear communication
About You
- A confident piano/keyboard player
- Experience teaching primary-aged children (formal teaching qualification not essential)
- Friendly, organised, and able to motivate young learners
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your own timetable
- Hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
