Full job description

Lead Generation Executive

Lanai Outdoor Commercial Ltd is an innovative outdoor living specialist with our head office being located in Cambridgeshire, we supply both the domestic and commercial marketplace.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an office-based position on a part time basis, where you will support the sales department by building relationships with customers and helping to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Preferred Location of Applicant: Cambridgeshire or Nearby

Location of Work: Office based St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Main Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and communicate product or service value effectively

· Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.

· Maintain and update customer records within the bespoke CRM system.

· Support the sales team with administrative duties.

· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

· Develop and maintain pipeline leads through networking and research.

· Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads, guiding them through the purchasing process.

· Use CRM software to track interactions, manage leads and report sales activities

· Liaising directly with our customers and members of the Lanai staff.

· Reporting directly to our MD

Required Skills:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative role is desirable.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong organisational and time management abilities

· Confident telephone manner.

· IT literate and strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)

· Some CRM experience (i.e Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce etc) is desirable but not essential as full training can be given.

In return for your hard work, Lanai Outdoor offers:

- Rate of pay we are offering is between £13.00 per hour plus commission.

- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata.

- Monday to Friday

- Company Pension Scheme

- Office based – St Neots

- Part time
