The Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from offer accepted through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and progressing property sales through to completion
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other parties involved in the sales process
- Providing regular updates and excellent customer service throughout the transaction
- Front-of-house reception duties within the sales department
- Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- General administration and sales support
- Conducting property viewings when required

- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and Word

Essential Requirements
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
Experience
Previous experience within the property industry, estate agency, sales progression, conveyancing, or property administration would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
