The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional, discreet, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring the smooth management of business and personal priorities while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the CEO's diary, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the CEO with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
- Coordinating and prioritising tasks to ensure efficient time management.
- Managing confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
- Organising meetings, events, and business engagements.
- Screening calls, emails, and enquiries, responding where appropriate.
- Supporting the CEO with project coordination and follow-up actions.
- Assisting with both business and occasional personal administration tasks.
- Anticipating needs and proactively solving problems before they arise.

- Experienced in supporting senior executives, directors, or business owners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general business systems.
