Customer Maintenance Coordinator
Maintenance 24-7 Limited, part of Twenty47 Group, is looking for a professional, organised, and responsive Customer Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Peterborough.

About the Role
As a Customer Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of reactive and planned maintenance works for our commercial clients. You will be responsible for logging jobs, scheduling engineers and subcontractors, preparing quotations, tracking progress, and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
This role suits someone who is highly organised, articulate, and able to react quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance works for commercial properties
- Schedule engineers and subcontractors efficiently and effectively
- Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely updates
- Prepare and issue quotations and estimates for maintenance works
- Log job details accurately and keep internal systems updated
- Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure works are completed on time
- Support the helpdesk and wider maintenance team with administration
- Help maintain high service levels and strong client communication
- Take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a maintenance coordination, helpdesk, scheduling, or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and articulate manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A reactive, solution-focused approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Good understanding of commercial property maintenance and/or small works
- Experience preparing quotations or estimates would be beneficial
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and job management systems
- A reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude
