We are looking for an Swimming Instructor Level 2 ( zero hours contract) to join our team here at Stanground Academy!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Swimming Instructor to help deliver high‑quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities. In this role, you’ll ensure safety procedures are followed at all times, plan and deliver engaging lessons—including for pupils with special educational needs—track progress, provide constructive feedback, and support the development of our swimming curriculum. You’ll prepare tailored plans for individuals, deliver lifesaving and CPR sessions, contribute to staff CPD, and help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. If you’re passionate about developing confidence, skills, and water safety in young people, we’d love to hear from you.
