About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Operations Manager to optimise our sales function and support our high-performing team.
You will be responsible for improving sales processes, managing CRM systems, analysing performance data, and helping drive revenue growth. This is a key role within the business, working closely with leadership and multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and performance
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase conversions
- Support, train, and coach sales team members
- Manage lead distribution and sales territories
- Analyse sales data and track KPIs
- Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Oversee CRM management, including data integrity and automation
- Develop and manage sales forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer support teams
- Implement tools and systems to enhance productivity
- Continuously improve sales operations and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role
- Strong experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving ability
