The role will involve working on back shift. Hours would start from 5pm, but we are flexible with other hours on the back shift.
Summary
We are seeking a Factory Hygiene Operative to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards of our production facility, ensuring our commitment to quality and hygiene is upheld at all times.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the factory environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with general construction tasks related to factory maintenance.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently.
- Support the team in implementing hygiene procedures.
- Conduct regular cleaning schedules and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Report any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly.
- Qualifications
- Experience in using hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of construction or maintenance work is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable attitude.

Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour
