Full job description

We are looking for an Site Coordinator to join our team in Peterhead on a 13 month fixed term contract!

We are looking for those that will support the smooth running of site administration, logistics and service delivery activities, ensuring accurate records, effective communication and high standards of compliance across daily operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing waste documentation, supporting weighbridge activities, completing month-end invoicing, raising purchase orders, maintaining records and assisting with customer and internal reporting. The role will also involve supporting reception duties, document control, asset and materials coordination, and liaising with operational, maintenance, finance and service delivery teams.

What we are looking for:

Strong administration skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment.
Prior experience in a similar role including experience with month end invoicing.
Proficient in Microsoft office.

Working Pattern

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
