We are a leading UK manufacturer of high-tech food processing machinery, working at the cutting edge of automation and innovation. Following significant investment in our in-house laser cutting and fabrication facilities, we're looking for a skilled Press Brake Setter/ Operator to join our growing team.
You'll be working with advanced equipment, including an Amada 4m Press Brake, in a clean, and well-organised environment.
Main Duties:
· Operate and set up press brake machines for folding sheet metal according to specifications
· Selecting correct materials and ensuring quality standards are met
· Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
· Conducting basic machine maintenance and upkeep
· Working alongside a friendly and experienced team in a fast-paced environment
We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator, ideally with Amada machines
· Confidence with machine setup, material handling, and part inspection
· A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
· The ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet production targets
· A good understanding of workplace health & safety
