As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious, commercially focused and people-centred General Manager to lead our Aberdeen restaurant.

The Opportunity
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial success of the restaurant.
You will lead from the front, inspire your team, build a high-performance culture and ensure that every guest leaves having received an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and developing a large, multi-functional restaurant team.
- Driving exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Delivering sales, profit and labour targets.
- Controlling costs and maximising business performance.
- Building a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
- Coaching, developing and retaining future leaders.
- Maintaining outstanding food safety, health & safety and compliance standards.
- Managing recruitment, succession planning and team development.
- Ensuring full compliance with all licensing, food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Creating an engaging, positive and high-performing working environment.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid Scottish Personal Licence.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager within a high-volume restaurant, hospitality or leisure environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.
- Have experience leading large teams within a fast-paced operation.
- Possess strong financial and business acumen.
- Have excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.
- Be experienced in managing labour costs, payroll, budgets and operational KPIs.
- Be highly organised, resilient and capable of making effective decisions under pressure.
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
