- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and techniques in hair styling and care.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
- Assist in front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing your skills and knowledge to foster their development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the salon environment to ensure a pleasant experience for all clients.
