Sales Executive

Vertu Honda Plymouth

We are looking for a Sales Executive, whether you’re experienced in automotive sales or completely new to the industry, to join the team at Vertu Honda Plymouth.

This role offers a competitive basic salary of £27,000, with on‑target earnings (OTE) of £45,000 and uncapped commission, meaning top performers can earn up to £60,000.

Whether you’re an established Sales Executive or looking to start a new career in automotive sales, you’ll receive exceptional support, structured training, and ongoing development to help you succeed and maximise your earning potential. Work–Life Balance

40‑hour working week (five 8‑hour shifts)
Most Saturdays worked (our busiest sales day)
A guaranteed weekday off every week

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll represent Honda, a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, delivering a premium customer experience at every stage.

You’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car‑buying journey — from first enquiry to final handover — taking ownership of the end‑to‑end experience and ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
