We are looking for a seasonal worker to cover busy periods in the diary, holidays etc. Looing to start around 40 hours per week. Returning position.
Hours may vary due to seasonal demands.
Wages are paid monthly, holiday entitlement is accrued pro rata.
Competitive rates of pay.
We are looking to expand our team and interviews are to be arranged on receipt of application with a view to appoint asap.

Full Job Description
Job Summary
We provide gardening services in East Yorkshire and North Yorkshire to all types of clients and we pride ourselves on delivering a quality and friendly service. Our work includes general garden maintenance of residential and business properties as well as incorporating garden design, planting and specialist knowledge to individual projects.
Although this is a fun, outdoors position, it will be physically demanding and you must be able to perform a variety of tasks to assist in the maintenance and renovation of gardens in a range of weather conditions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform various gardening tasks including mowing and strimming lawns, weeding and cultivating garden beds, trimming hedges and bushes, pruning plants and shrubs, raking leaves and debris, and keeping all areas of the garden neat and tidy.
- Safely operate machinery such as lawnmowers, strimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and pruning saws.
- Maintain a courteous manner when dealing with clients and the general public.
- Any other duties assigned.
Working Conditions
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Must be physically fit to execute daily maintenance tasks.
- Aspects of the job can be physically demanding and include heavy lifting & carrying, pushing, kneeling, and repetitive motion.
Hours of work
- Working on an hourly basis typically starting from 8:00 AM on site (travel to site can range from 5-60 minutes).

- Developed knowledge and interest in learning methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in gardening.
- High level of ethical conduct, cooperation, and team skills.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently learn gardening practices.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to not only work as a team but also under your own initiative.
- Excellent customer service.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
