(CCTV Licence and Front-Line SIA Licence Required)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our busy Control Room based in Kettering. As a Control Room Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, handling a variety of responsibilities including call handling, CCTV monitoring, and supporting alarm response services.

Shift Pattern

4 on / 4 off (Days: 07:00 – 19:00)
1 vacancy available

Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work night shifts to cover sickness, holidays, and business needs. Training will also be conducted on nights.

Key Responsibilities

Handling incoming telephone calls (clients, staff, monitoring stations)
Monitoring CCTV systems
Deploying Alarm Response Officers
Managing the Lone Worker Check Call System
Completing general administrative tasks
Providing cover for sickness and holiday on-site (a key requirement of the role)

Requirements

Valid Front-Line SIA Licence (essential)
Valid CCTV Licence (essential)
Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points; automatic accepted) – required due to mobile training and potential deployment
Willingness to undertake mobile training as part of the role
Strong IT skills and ability to learn in-house systems quickly
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proactive, positive attitude
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts when required
