The opportunity

Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Handler to join our dynamic team based in our Wellingborough office.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with Account Executives with day-to-day tasks
Comparing insurance coverages and policy wording
Providing dedicated and high-standard customer service to a portfolio of key clients
Handling general administration tasks such as renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries.
Ensuring quality control and maintaining high standards of customer service
Checking and issuing documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills.

Previous experience in an insurance background
Committed to building strong Client and Insurer relationships.
Confident meeting and speaking with clients and third parties
Supportive teamwork skills
Excellent organisational skill
A pro-active and collaborative attitude
