Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes on the hot section (pan station) to a consistently high standard.
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with HACCP and Food Safety regulations.
- Support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen organisation.
- Assist with stock rotation, stock control and reducing food waste.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times.
- Be flexible and assist in other kitchen sections when required.
Additional Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Previous experience working on the hot section (pan section) is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
- Right to work in the UK.
