Part- Time Property Search Administrator

X-Press Legal Services Sussex based in Hove.

Hybrid Working Home/Office - 16 Hours per week

Job description

Property Search Administrator – Exciting Opportunity to learn new skills within the Property Search Industry.

We are looking to grow our existing small, friendly team. Experience of working in an office environment is essential along with an excellent attention to detail, good IT and organisational abilities together with a pleasant telephone manner.

The role includes general administrative duties. In addition, you will learn how to validate plans and information against computer websites, and also how to order, check and compile property search reports.

This position could lead to a more senior role for the successful applicant who has the skills and abilities to undertake additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Office management: Answering phones, responding to emails , liaising with partners , taking messages, and managing diaries

Document management: Organising files, creating and managing documents, and maintaining filing systems

Communication: Responding to client queries, liaising with internal departments, and providing information .

Record keeping: Maintaining records, preparing reports, and processing payments.

Commitment to learn including knowledge of the property search products and services.

Flexible attitude around learning new software and implementing changes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £26,437.00-£28,437.00 per year
