Full job description

We are seeking an experienced administrator for our busy warehouse based on the Normanton Industrial Park.

As a thriving business, and part of a group of companies that focus at shopfitting and shelving solutions, we are looking to augment the team with an experienced Warehouse Administrator. Due to the nature of the business, speed and accuracy is paramount, with fast turnaround from order to despatch. We work with many of the UK's premier retail brands, along with trade accounts who deal with a large range of customers and sectors.

To succeed you must have strong ERP skills, ideally SAP B1, be extremely well organised, able to multi-task, maintain the highest levels of accuracy when under pressure, and be passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Transaction Management

· Process and monitor inbound and outbound transactions within SAP

· Post goods receipts, goods issues, and stock transfers accurately

· Manage system movements to reflect physical stock handling

· Ensure timely and accurate completion of all warehouse transactions

Inventory & Stock Control

· Maintain accurate stock records within SAP at all times

· Assist with stock discrepancies between physical and system stock

· Process stock adjustments with proper controls and approvals

· Support cycle counting and stock reconciliation processes - running of reports

Order & Delivery Processing

· Create and manage outbound deliveries and transfer orders

· Release picking activities to warehouse teams via SAP

· Monitor order status and resolve system-related blocks or errors

· Ensure all orders are correctly processed for on-time dispatch

Error Handling & Issue Resolution

· Assist with SAP errors (e.g. blocked stock, failed postings, interface issues)

· Investigate root causes of discrepancies or failed transactions

· Escalate system issues to IT or SAP support teams where required

Master Data Support

· Assist with master data (materials, storage locations, bins, batch details)

· Support data cleansing and system updates when required

Reporting & Analysis

· Generate reports on stock, movements, and order status from SAP

· Provide data to support operational and management decisions
