Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Digital Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating digital printing equipment to produce high-quality print outputs, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for manufacturing and fabrication processes. The position is paid and suitable for those looking to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate digital printing machinery, ensuring accurate calibration and colour matching.
Prepare materials and substrates for printing, including loading and aligning print media.
Monitor print jobs during operation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning and minor repairs.
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
Set Up and Operate Print Finishing machinery.
Maintain organised workspaces and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital printing or related manufacturing environments preferred.
Mechanical knowledge relevant to operating and troubleshooting printing machinery.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to expand their technical skills within a supportive manufacturing environment. All positions are paid, reflecting the importance of each team member's contribution to our ongoing success.

Salary Will be Negotiable depending on experience.
