Social Media & Content Assistant
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our social channels. You'll help schedule content, engage with our community, assist with campaign launches, organise content from photoshoots, monitor trends, and support the wider marketing team with creative projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in social media and digital marketing within the footwear industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Write captions and assist with launch communications.
- Engage with our community through comments, stories, and messages.
- Research trends and help create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Assist with content planning, photoshoots, and campaign preparation.
- Monitor social media performance and provide basic reporting.
- Support email marketing campaigns and product launches.
Skills & Experience
- Strong interest in social media, fashion, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is desirable.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Location
This role is based in Swansea. You may be required to travel to Europe.
Additional Information
- Salary - Experience dependent, starting from £25,000 per annum
- Annual Leave - 20 days plus Bank Holidays
