Practice Manager – Radyr Dental

We are looking for a full-time enthusiastic practice manager to help develop and manage a friendly, highly skilled and experienced team of dental professionals.
We’re looking for the best candidates, whether you have a background working in a dental practice or you have developed great leadership, customer care and business skills in another industry.

Radyr Dental is a successful private dental practice in the beautiful town of Radyr. We have sister dental practices in Brecon, Merthyr, Pontypridd, Cardiff, Chepstow, Abertillery, Brynmawr and Ferndale. The Candidate
The successful candidate will look to share the practices goals and ambitions to grow and develop the business. You will receive unlevelled support so that you can assist other team members achieve their full potential in delivering high quality patient care.
The Role
- Supporting the clinical team to deliver their objectives.
- Line management responsibility for dental team, including responsibility for appraisal and personal development.
- Ensuring the practice is operating effectively (financially) by managing costs effectively and identifying opportunities to make improvements.
- Supervising all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation and debt management.
- Providing reports required by the company to facilitate the smooth operation of the practice.
- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and Key Performance Indicators, and managing practice costs
- Keep all practice documentation up to date including policies, procedures and handbooks
- Ensure practice compliance with all Health and Safety and HIW requirements

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Practice Manager

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
