Warehouse Operative / Picker & Packer
We are a family-run e-commerce business based in East Meon, Hampshire, and we are looking for reliable, flexible people to join our warehouse team.
Our business sells customer returns, clearance stock, surplus products and general retail goods online. Every day is slightly different, and the role mainly involves helping us pick, pack, sort and dispatch orders to customers.
This is a relaxed working environment with a friendly team. We are not a stressful corporate warehouse — we are a growing family business looking for people who are reliable, practical and happy to get stuck in.
The Role
Your main duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Preparing parcels for dispatch
- Sorting stock into the correct areas
- Checking items before they are packed
- Labelling parcels
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy
- Helping with general warehouse tasks when needed
Full training will be provided, so previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.

We are a family-run online retail business based in a beautiful rural area in East Meon, Hampshire. Our warehouse is in a quiet location with lovely views, and we have basic facilities including a kitchen and toilets on site.
We sell a wide range of products online, so the work is varied and no two days are exactly the same.
