While our tours span the UK, our operational and technical support teams are essential for keeping everything running safely and efficiently. You will be based at our Edinburgh depot, ensuring our fleet meets the highest safety and compliance standards.
The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced PSV/HGV Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a varied fleet of vehicles while ensuring they remain compliant with all safety and legal requirements.
Duties:
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections on PSV vehicles, HGVs, and vans in accordance with company schedules
- Identify faults and carry out repairs in an effective and timely manner
- Complete vehicle inspection reports, defect documentation, and audit paperwork using the company’s reporting systems
- Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Provide support with roadside breakdown assistance when necessary
- Operate diagnostic tools and equipment (training can be provided where required)
About You:
- Previous practical experience within a PSV, HGV, bus, van, or fleet maintenance environment
- Ideally apprentice trained with City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification in PSV/HGV Maintenance or Mechanics
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with an interest in continuous improvement
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong fault-finding ability and a hands-on approach to problem solving

Salary: £40,000 – £48,000/year (depending on experience and certifications)
