Summary

We are seeking a Handy Man to join our team at JJ Property Services in Blackpool. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, ensuring that our properties remain in excellent condition. Your skills will directly contribute to our commitment to quality service and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across various properties.
Handle electrical repairs and installations as needed.
Assist with plumbing and carpentry tasks to ensure property upkeep.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles.
Own van and tools is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
