About the Role

As our Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for organising, coordinating and supporting the day-to-day delivery of domiciliary care services. Acting as the link between our clients, care teams and management, you'll ensure care is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client needs, Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) standards and Premier Care Plus policies.

Working closely with the Deputy Manage you'll help maintain high standards of care while supporting the development of our workforce.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating daily care schedules, staff rotas and client visits.
Managing shift cover for sickness, holidays and emergencies.
Optimising care runs to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Communicating with clients, families, care staff and healthcare professionals.
Supporting staff recruitment, induction, mentoring and onboarding.
Monitoring mandatory training and workforce compliance.
Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems.
Supporting quality assurance, incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
Participating in the on-call rota.
Carrying out care calls where required in line with the Care Practitioner role.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Experience in care coordination, administration or a senior role within domiciliary care.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills and experience using scheduling systems.
A compassionate, client-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Desirable:

QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
Knowledge of Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) regulations and Social Care Wales requirements.
Experience supporting staff development, recruitment or mentoring.
