About the Role
As a Dash Camera Support Specialist, you’ll help customers who use our dash cameras and tracking systems. Your job is to answer questions, sort out technical issues, check and recover video clips, and make sure their equipment is working as it should.
It’s a practical role that suits someone who enjoys solving problems, looking at data, and giving great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Be the main contact for UK dash‑camera support
Help customers by phone and email in a friendly, professional way
Keep clear records of all customer cases
Set up new dash‑camera systems for engineers and customers
Handle video footage safely and securely
Look into devices that send too many alerts and fix the cause
Adjust camera settings remotely
Keep an eye on system performance and data use
Review dash‑camera information and share useful findings
Test new camera updates and give feedback to the development team
Support customers and colleagues in the UK, EU, and US when needed
Arrange engineer visits when issues can’t be fixed remotely

Skills & Competencies

Able to handle a busy workload and prioritise tasks
Strong communication skills
Confident delivering training to others
Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
Calm, professional, and customer‑focused
Interested in learning and improving

Experience & Knowledge

Desirable:

Experience in technical or system support
Ability to understand and interpret data
Familiarity with Salesforce
Basic understanding of web browsers
Some auto‑electrical knowledge (helpful but not required)

Essential:

Strong general IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
